Returns, refunds, and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order.  Please email [email protected] to request a return authorization. There are no returns or exchanges on custom cabling or special-order equipment.  Equipment carries a restocking fee of 20% or more depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.  Keep all packaging materials and original boxes and manuals in good shape in order to minimize restocking fees.
