8330A Smart Active Monitors
The choice of professionals for whom power and flexibility go hand-in-hand, the 8330A is as acoustically impressive as it is Smart, courtesy of Smart Active Monitoring (SAM) technology. Housing a 5 inch woofer and 3/4 inch tweeter, the Class D bi-amplified, two-way Smart monitor is compact enough to fit into studios where space is at a premium, yet still capable of exceeding even the most demanding client expectations.
Color-free accuracy is delivered by the Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE), while the Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW) ensures precise frequency reproduction both on- and off-axis. The 8330A is also built to adapt and assist. Genelec Loudspeaker Manager (GLM) 2.0 software delivers functions including AutoCal, ensuring your monitoring system is perfectly calibrated to your listening environment, compensating for detrimental room influences to create a truly optimized monitoring solution. Finally, with GLM 2.0 you can manage up to 30 Smart monitors and subwoofers, easily creating fully recallable setups from stereo to immersive audio.
7350A Smart Active Subwoofer
When space is limited but only the best possible results will do, the 7350A Smart subwoofer can be relied upon to deliver the low-end support you need in a remarkably small footprint.
Designed to complement the 8320A and 8330A Smart monitors, the 7350A boasts Laminar Spiral Enclosure (LSE) technology for a low cut-off and clean articulated bass reproduction, while, inside, an 8 inch woofer is powered by a 150W Class D amplifier. The subwoofer is also fully equipped with Smart Active Monitoring (SAM) functionality, the most advanced and adaptable monitoring technology available. Genelec Loudspeaker Manager (GLM) 2.0 software allows for the fine adjustment of up to 30 individual Smart monitors and Smart subwoofers, while AutoCal compensates for detrimental room influences to perfectly calibrate your set-up for your listening environment.
Capable of an exceptional performance, the 7350A is the subwoofer of choice for all studios and facilities where space and performance are of equal importance.
GLM V2.0 with Volume Control
With GLM 2, the benefits of Smart monitoring are yours to use on both Windows and Mac. Designed for simple and intuitive operation yet rich with features, GLM 2 first gives you the tools you need to optimise your SAM system, then guides you through the process of making the most of your environment. Best of all, when your system is perfectly calibrated to your requirements, the settings are saved in both system setup files and each individual Smart monitor and subwoofer – even if your GLM 2 network needs to be disconnected, your system stays Smart.
